Moroccan Nature Trail is a Morocco-based tour operator offering private tours, day trips, activities, and multi-day travel packages across Morocco. Our registered contact details are available on our Contact page.

Submitting a quote request or contact form does not constitute a confirmed booking. A tour is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from our team and, where applicable, pay any required deposit.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when making an inquiry or booking, including names, contact details, travel dates, group size, and any special requirements.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking if information provided is inaccurate, if services are unavailable, or if we reasonably believe the booking may pose a safety or legal concern.

All prices quoted on our website or in proposals are indicative unless explicitly confirmed in writing. Final prices depend on availability, season, group size, accommodation level, and itinerary customizations.

Prices are typically quoted in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated. Payment methods and schedules (deposit and balance) will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.

You are responsible for any bank transfer fees, currency conversion charges, or payment processing costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellation policies vary by tour and will be clearly stated in your booking confirmation. Unless otherwise specified, our standard policy is:

Free cancellation up to 7 days before the tour start date.

Cancellations between 3 and 7 days before the start date receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations within 72 hours of the start date are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, and travel disruptions.

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe using the original payment method where possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes to your itinerary, dates, or group size, subject to availability and any additional costs incurred by third-party suppliers.

Significant changes requested close to the departure date may not always be possible and could incur fees.

You are responsible for ensuring you hold a valid passport, any required visas, travel insurance, and vaccinations needed for your trip to Morocco.

Moroccan Nature Trail is not liable for denied entry, missed connections, or additional costs resulting from incomplete or incorrect travel documentation.

You agree to follow the instructions of your guide and driver, respect local customs and laws, and behave responsibly throughout your trip.

You are responsible for any damage caused by you or members of your group to vehicles, accommodation, or property beyond normal wear and tear.

Consumption of alcohol and participation in activities is at your own risk. Please inform us in advance of any medical conditions, mobility limitations, or dietary requirements.

We commit to providing services with reasonable skill and care, using licensed guides and insured vehicles where applicable, and delivering the itinerary as confirmed in your booking.

We may substitute equivalent services, accommodations, or activities when unforeseen circumstances require changes, always aiming to maintain the quality and spirit of your original itinerary.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moroccan Nature Trail shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including lost profits, missed flights, or personal disappointment.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the affected booking.

We are not responsible for events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of nature, political unrest, strikes, pandemics, road closures, or third-party supplier failures.

If performance of our services is prevented or significantly hindered by events outside our reasonable control (force majeure), we will work with you to reschedule or offer alternative arrangements where possible. If no alternative is feasible, applicable refund terms will apply.

Content on our website — including text, images, itineraries, and pricing — is for general information only and may change without notice.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our website content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

We strive to keep information accurate but do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
